Chris completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at The University of Wisconsin, and his MBA at St. Thomas University. He joined Smart & Associates, Inc. in 2001 and provides the full range of professional services.

Kevin has more than 20 years experience helping companies Topgrade by assessing and developing talent. He has worked with CEOs of companies in all industries including healthcare, life sciences, technology, publishing, communications, hospitality, and consumer goods.

Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Georgia. Prior to founding Lighthouse Consulting Group, Kevin held senior roles in two international consulting firms. Kevin is a frequent speaker and workshop leader.

Sarah has fifteen years of experience in helping organizations hire and develop talent. She has worked in a large corporation and as an external consultant and has held several leadership positions. She has experience of working across all industries and some of the clients she has worked with have included Barclays Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hilton Hotels, Vodafone and Credit Suisse.

Sarah graduated from the University of East London with a BSc in Psychology. She followed this with an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Wales. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.

Chris has more than 25 years experience working with organizations ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies across a wide-range of industries. He specializes in executive selection and development/coaching, talent valuation and management, leadership development, teambuilding, and aligning talent management systems and company cultures with business strategy and targets. He has conducted more than 2,000 Topgrading assessments and coached hundreds of executives across numerous industries.

Chris completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also served two terms as president of the Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists (CIOP) and recently served as Chairman of the Center for Research and Service at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Candiss has over 16 years experience helping companies Topgrade by hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent. Her larger clients include Citicorp, Credit Agricole, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca Cola, Lincoln Financial, NBC, Kraft/General Foods, and Boston Consulting Group. Nine years ago she founded Corporate Reflections, Inc., offering Topgrading, compensation, performance management, and merger assistance services.

Candiss holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The Union Institute, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

Margaret graduated the University of Iowa and joined Smart & Associates after working at Danaher. As Chief of Staff she is the coordinator, connecting clients, Topgrading professionals, publishers, and all the other "moving parts" of our virtual company.
