The Topgrading, Inc. TeamThe Topgrading, Inc. team members have all been carefully selected using Topgrading methods (of course!), and several have been associated with the company since its inception in 1999. All members of the Topgrading Professional Consulting team regularly conduct Topgrading interviews (or “second opinions”), perform executive coaching, conduct Topgrading workshops, and counsel with companies on roll outs of Topgrading methods.Topgrading, Inc. helps companies Topgrade by assessing and coaching teams, conducting Topgrading® workshops, and providing books, handbooks, and videos to help clients Topgrade on their own. Smart, Ph.D.President and CEO, Topgrading, Inc. Brad completed his doctorate in Industrial Psychology at Purdue University, entered consulting, and since the 1970s has been in private practice as President of Topgrading, Inc., based in the Chicago area. Brad is frequently acknowledged to be the world's foremost expert on hiring. As a consultant to many visible Global 100 companies, Brad introduced Topgrading methods. Chris MursauVice President, Topgrading, Inc. Chris completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at The University of Wisconsin, and his MBA at St. Thomas University. He joined Topgrading, Inc. in 2001 and provides the full range of professional services and manages Topgrading, Inc. affiliate programs. Chris Freiburger, Ph.D.Human Capital Management Since 1985 Chris has consulted with organizations ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies across a wide-range of industries. He specializes in executive selection and development/coaching, talent valuation and management, leadership development, team building, and aligning talent management systems and company cultures with business strategy and targets. He has conducted more than 2,000 Topgrading assessments and coached hundreds of executives across numerous industries. Chris completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Kathryn WainwrightThe Talent Consultancy Kathryn delivers leadership assessment & profiling, individual & corporate culture assessments, executive hiring strategies, team effectiveness & development, leadership coaching, training and facilitation. She works closely with HR functions to build capability in talent and resourcing acting as coach and advisor to HR Directors on talent & resourcing strategy creation, implementation and integration with business unit leaders as well as personal coaching for HRD succession. Kathryn has worked as a consultant since 2006 following eighteen years experience in Human Resources at Barclays plc, Accenture, Cable & Wireless as well as in start-ups and recruitment consultancy. Her area of HR expertise is in talent management, resourcing, leadership assessment & profiling, coaching, hiring and individual & team development. Kathryn is qualified and accredited in the following: Corporate Transformation Tools (CTT) for individuals, team & corporate levels, Hogan Inventory of Tools, Topgrading profiling for development and coaching (as an assessor & trainer), Psychometric assessment in Firo-B, Transactional Analysis, Various competency based profiling & interview tools and has trained with numerous international coaching schools. She is a master practitioner in NLP and an Associate of the International Coaching Federation & is a graduate in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University. He has worked with CEOs of companies in all industries including healthcare, life sciences, technology, publishing, communications, hospitality, and consumer goods. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Georgia. Prior to founding Lighthouse Consulting Group, Kevin held senior roles in two international consulting firms. Kevin is a frequent speaker and workshop leader. Richard J. KinsleyThe Kinsley Group Before forming The Kinsley Group a professional services firm specializing in leadership assessment, development and search, Rick held senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies including AlliedSignal and Standard Oil of Ohio. As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, he has been directly accountable for the global leadership of people processes and programs for large, multi-national companies serving global markets. Earlier in his career Rick held executive positions in general management, sales, marketing, business development, operations, and quality management positions. Rick has extensive experience coaching, developing and recruiting C-suite executives, Board members and other senior functional leaders. His industry experience includes materials, mining, electronics, capital equipment, life sciences and consumer packaging. He is a sought-after facilitator and public speaker. His effectiveness in facilitating large leadership forums intended to launch strategic initiatives or otherwise optimize organizational performance, combined with his broad knowledge of business strategies, processes and best practices, have proven exceptionally valuable to his clients. Rick earned dual degrees (Economics and Human Resources Management) from Le Moyne College and an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. Sarah RobertsSarah Roberts Consulting, Ltd Sarah has been helping organizations hire and develop talent since 1993. She has worked in a large corporation and as an external consultant and has held several leadership positions. She has experience of working across all industries and some of the clients she has worked with have included Barclays, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hilton Hotels, Vodafone and Credit Suisse. Sarah graduated from the University of East London with a BSc in Psychology. She followed this with an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Wales. Susan Miller-JonesArthur Jones Ltd. Susan has years of Human Capital experience gained at premier organizations including Barclays Bank, UBS, Lehman Brothers and Brunswick Group Limited. She founded her company in 2011, specifically to support clients seeking to make those changes that ensure better business results are driven through their people. Engagements include assessing executive candidates for hire or promotion, executive coaching, and Human Resources projects to elevate the impact of HR in driving the strategic goals of the enterprise. Karen AdamsChief Administrative Officer, Topgrading, Inc. Karen has 25 years experience in Human Resources and Recruiting with companies such as MetLife, Sigma Chemical, Ralston Purina and TeleTech. She oversees our sales and marketing efforts, client services, human resources and administration functions. Her team provides full support to our Topgrading, Inc. clients and vendors and utilizes all resources as needed to provide the best possible experience. Karen hold a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Maryville University.
