The Topgrading Career History Form begins with a Truth Serum, notice that finalists will be asked to arrange reference calls with supervisors they’ve had. It works! The Form requests TOTAL compensation history, dates for ALL jobs, names of bosses in ALL jobs, boss rating of overall job performance, motivation to leave a job (quit?, terminated? "mutual"?), likes and dislikes in jobs, and 24 inches of space for a self-appraisal, and a clear statement that THOROUGH reference checking will be done.
