How To Implement Topgrading

We get a lot of calls saying, "We go to Topgrading Shop and see quite an array of tools to help companies roll out Topgrading, but please, simplify it - what do we need?"

Prior to implementing Topgrading throughout your organization, if you want to first try it out, then consider the $495 Topgrading Quick Start Program.

The one absolutely essential tool for implementing Topgrading is licensing the Topgrading forms. There are 5 forms, but the crucial ones are the Topgrading Career History Form (licensed, you can email it to candidates and use it to cut a stack of resumes to only 3 of the bestcandidates to interview) and the Topgrading Interview Guide (the 32-page "road map" with all the time-tested questions and spaces to record responses).
