Topgrading Workshops at Your Location
We offer a one-day or two-day workshop on Topgrading at your location. The purpose of the two-day workshop is to introduce managers to the key concepts of Topgrading and train participants in the full Topgrading Interview process. Participants are coached through the Topgrading Interview, analysis of interview data, preparation of an executive summary, and coaching the interviewee. The sessions are designed to be highly interactive and entertaining. We cover actual cases so you can see how it works in practice, identify common pitfalls, and show you how to institutionalize the Topgrading approach. The one-day workshop reduces Topgrading Interview training to role playing short segments. Train-the-Trainer
Almost all larger clients ask us to license trainers. Trainers meet with a Topgrading professional to review the trainer syllabus/script/agenda and the PowerPoint, and to demonstrate stand-up skills. Next trainers co-lead a Topgrading workshop with a Topgrading professional, and if the Topgrading professional believes the trainer can conduct a good or better workshop, the trainer receives the Certificate to conduct Topgrading workshops within the company.
